How a Lexus dealership expansion can cost $20 million is perhaps worth another story, but in the meantime, the Beverly Hills Courier reports Jim Falk Lexus in Beverly Hills is planning a $20 million expansion of the two-story building at 9230 Wilshire Blvd. "To accomplish the expansion, architect Dennis Flynn & Associates has proposed a modern four-story building that will start on Wilshire Boulevard and extend 30 feet back, leaving 20 feet of green space as a buffer between the building behind Lexus."
