A new book, The Jesus Discovery, disputes the fact that Joseph worked as a carpenter. Now there's speculation the father of Jesus worked as an architect or builder. "...[author] Dr Adam Bradford concluded there had been a mistranslation and that the Greek word 'tekton'- which describes Joseph's work- more accurately means master builder or architect.
