We're not sure if it was always their intention or not, but the client who commissioned that Marmol Radziner prefab in the Hollywood Hills is selling the home. A three-bedroom, two-bath home, they're asking $2.35 million. Via the listing: "A new construction house as well as Gold Leed-certified this three bedroom house is sited on the brow of a private gated street facing the serene greenery of Runyon Canyon and immediate proximity of Hollywood." It was back in July that we toured the project when it was still under-construction.
