For those with a penchant towards Lloyd Wright, the "Alfred Newman Estate," a five-bedroom, three and a half bathroom home on Sunset Blvd in the Pacific Palisades, has hit the market. The home is owned by noted preservationist and home collector Diane Keaton, who plunked down $9.1 million for the residence back in 2007. More interior photos are here, but it's not clear if those images reflect how the house looks now. The home is now asking $8.5 million. Keaton is also looking to sell her Ralph Flewelling-designed house in Beverly Hills. At the rate the actress is unloading, we're just wondering what she'll list for sale come next week.
