Koreatown's 3670 Wilshire, site of the once-planned condo tower, a project that has plenty of previous looks (here and here and oh, yes, here (scroll down) was first listed for sale back in 2008 for $40 million. It's not clear when the price changed, but now the listing is asking $35 million. This is the same space where a group of residents are lobbying to put a park on part of the parcel.
