It sort of seems like someone moved into this 1964 house in Pasadena and made some changes thinking he was living in an entirely different house. In addition to acres of built-ins, the three bedroom, three and a half bathroom house has an "Updated kitchen with breakfast room, fireplace, skylights, small study, patios and a terraced garden." It last sold in 2001 for $525,000 and now it's asking $1.399 million. At 2,664 square feet, that's $525 per square foot.
