The Hills of Woodland Blog reports that KB Homes is nearly finished with Ascent at Warner Center, the big condo project on Erwin that went up in flames in 2008 due to a welding mishap. Judging from the Hills of Woodland's photos, the project is looking like your typical SoCal desert-toned building. A KB Homes rep tells us that pricing for the 191-unit project is expected to range from the mid $200,000s to mid-$400,000s, and move-ins will be August. The web site has some more information about square footage. And as the blog notes, the spinners are out.
