According to the Press-Telegram, the Los Angeles placed eighth on a list of nation's least wasteful cities, a survey done by reusable bottle company, Nalgene. Apparently, living in an arid city has made us thirsty. Surprise. "The study found that Angelenos are the worst at avoiding the purchase of bottled water. In contrast, 64 percent of Seattle residents do not purchase bottled water and 71 percent refill reusable bottles." [PT]
