The city's marijuana dispensary ordinance is finally set to go into effect now that the City Council approved the fees involved today. Sometime around June 4 you might have to drive a little farther than you're used to to pick up your medicinal marijuana. However, one of the people suing the city over the ordinance told the Council "We're not yet finished with the work of regulating medical cannabis in the city of Los Angeles." [LAT, previously]
