While the Community Redevelopment Agency's deal with AnsaldoBreda may have fallen apart, the 20-acre land parcel intended for the Italian rail car company may end up going to Coda Automotive, a Santa Monica-based electric car company, according to the Downtown News, which reports that the company is in advanced talks with the CRA.
