The developer behind Dogtown Station, that slow-to-sell Venice condo project, has bought out the stake held by its pension partner, California Public Employees’ Retirement System, according to the Los Angeles Business Journal. According to the Journal, the 35-unit project has sold 14 units, and five more are currently in escrow. Back in summer 2008, we got a look inside the project. [LABJ]
