"I am particularly excited about the Vons redevelopment where the current suburban-style market will be demolished and rebuilt into a more urban format where new buildings with retail spaces will be brought out to the street along the perimeter fronting Colorado and Sierra Madre, offering more variety for pedestrians who may be walking by.
