Way back in December 2008, this estate, designed by Barry Berkus, was listed for sale. But the notable part of the listing, of course, was that the estate included the Entenza Home, Case Study No 9, designed by Charles Eames and Eero Saarinen. That residence (seen on the left), was converted to a guest house (the glorious tour is here). But moving a Case Study house in a rough economy is a hard thing to do, and this estate has dropped from its original asking price of $14 million to $10 million.
