A reader sent in this three bedroom, one bathroom house in Hyde Park, asking "Is Dg Design the Better Shelter of the south?" Probably too early to tell, but it looks like they have done quite a bit of work here if Google Street View is any indication (last picture - UPDATED*). The house was originally built in 1926 and sold to its current owners in 2009 for $129,000. The listing says it's "been completely re-imagined, redesigned & rebuilt featuring: New plumbing, electric, insulation, stucco, doors, windows & more. Stainless steel kitchen w/ Italian porcelain floors, exotic granite counter tops, new modern bathroom, recessed lighting throughout. Burmese walnut hardwood floors & plush carpeting in bedrooms." And, they assure you, "all w/ City permits." The house is listed at $279,000.
