The planned Club Bar at Soho House via Eater
With the Soho House in West Hollywood opening this month, W magazine checks in with founder Nick Jones, and the Brit's attempts to land new LA-area members willing to pay the $1,500 in annual fees. In terms of gaining the right membership mix, club director Tim Geary tells the magazine Soho West Hollywood will likely have a tighter mix of patrons than the New York club, which "opened its doors too wide," according to the W. While looking to attract a "mix of young and established people," it also sounds like this new Soho West Hollywood, which is opening atop 9200 Sunset Boulevard, is fully going after celebrities, too. The magazine rehashes the time the two-year-old daughter of Jude Law was hospitalized after eating half of an ecstasy tablet found on the floor of the London Soho House.
