FLW on sale, people! Frank Lloyd Wright's famed Ennis House, originally priced at $15 million when it came on the market last June, has just undergone a swift, hard pricechop, dropping to $10.495 million, according to a press release put out last week by Christie's Great Estates, which is representing the property. “The price reduction creates an unprecedented value proposition for a buyer with a vision and a passion for historic architecture to acquire and preserve the Ennis House,” says Kay Coughlin, President of Christie’s Great Estates. It doesn't look like the new price has been updated on Redfin yet.
