Where's Sam?

SBE head Sam Nazarian has been "absent from six of the 12 commission meetings held since he was appointed last summer [by the Mayor] to the civilian panel that oversees Los Angeles International Airport," reports the Breeze. Given Nazarian's absence from this past Monday's meeting, the airport commission had to delay a decision regarding the sale of $2 billion worth of bonds that would pay for LAX construction projects because the "seven-member panel did not have enough members present to approve the bond sale."
