The internet can make a difference. In January, a reader wrote in complaining that with all the construction at Luckman Plaza, he had nowhere safe to stash his bike. He writes in with a follow-up: "Last week I saw one of the owners of the building in the elevator and he mentioned that he had installed a bike rack in the parking garage, which they have, and that he hoped the issue would be resolved and he wouldn't have to 'hear about it on the internet anymore'...Thanks again for helping give my voice a voice."
