The Beverly Press--sporting a fancy new web site!--reports there's some strangeness afoot surrounding the Ross Dress for Less parking lot, which is used in the early morning hours for parking for the elementary school. A rep for developer Casden, who wants to develop the whole area, says there was no directive to close the lot this past Monday, but an operations manager for the lot says Casden ordered the lot closed until the Ross store opened at 9:30 am.
