Hoo boy. Someone is trying to make some significant scratch off a house he bought in 2007. According to Property Shark, this estate's owners are listed as Steven and Randy Fifield of big Chicago-based development company Fifield. Behold: "A long winding drive leads to an arrestingly beautiful site~a stunning Montecito inspired residence crowning a 5-acre knoll with sweeping views of the ocean and city lights." Besides ten bedrooms and twelve bathrooms, the house has a vineyard, equestrian arena, theater, gym, atrium, 700 bottle wine cellar "for the estate's private label," a guesthouse, an outdoor dining pavilion, a pool, and a tennis court. The house sold in 2007 for a little more than $24 million, and since 2009 we've seen it priced as high as $34.9 million (according to a Real Estalker commenter), and at $31.9 million. It is now listed at $28.9 million.
