New York Times Editors Really Want to Move to SoCal

New, 11 comments

An LA-area home has once again made the Times' "What You Get For..." feature. Just a month after an 1837 Pomona hacienda was given a write-up (still unsold and still $599,000), a Los Feliz three-bedroom is handed the spotlight. (A gorg townhouse in Hollywood got the nod in November and a Palm Springs four-bedroom made the list in late September). This latest feature focuses on million dollar homes, but the Los Feliz Spanish-style comes in at $965,000, and it has two bathrooms, patio, front deck, garage/studio, hot tub, and pleasant-sounding landscaping. Sotheby's is handling the sale on the house, located at 5047 Ambrose Ave.
