As LA looks at its
"12-2" program to speed up projects, here's what they're doing in Sacramento County to spur development: "Today the Board of Supervisors unanimously approved a temporary reduction of development fees for building in the North Vineyard Station area with a 4-0 vote... The nearly 15 percent reduction in plan area fees should drop development costs by about $4,200 per unit, said Steve Pedretti, the county's engineering director. The reduction comes a week after the board approved increasing sewer credits for residential developments." [SacBee]
