LONG BEACH: This Saturday marks the opening of Blu, a condo project in Long Beach. Not to be confused with old friend Blu in Beverly Hills, this development---now owned by CityView and marketed by KOR Group--has had two previous owners, so it's had quite an interesting ride. More on this project next week. The opening takes place at 350 Long Beach Boulevard in Long Beach--we're told there are model tours, drinks, food, and giveaways, and it starts at 11:30 am.
