An update on the Casden project in West Hollywood that was approved last night. A rep for the developer says the project is at least a year to 18 months away from ground breaking, while design work will begin immediately. "We are now preparing to line up the financing to build the project," according to the rep, adding Casden is looking to build sooner rather than later. As for the Movietown Plaza, it'll will remain in operation until the Casden is ready to break ground.
