If one more starlet take a real estate bath, we've officially got a trend. Ashley Olsen ("the glamorous one") isn't taking quite as big a hit on her Hancock Park house as ScarJo is on her Outpost Estates mansion, but she has listed it at $176,000 less than she paid for it in 2007. The surprisingly low-key house has three bedrooms, two and a half bathrooms, a patio, a formal dining room, pool and spa, and "authentic period tiled staircase." According to the listing, there have been "many upgrades including new central air and heat, new tiled bathrooms and new driveway." Even so, it's not clear if Ashley ever moved in. Asking is $1.399 million.
