When it comes to Hancock Lofts, that good-looking Koning Eizenberg-designed condo building on Santa Monica Blvd, developer CIM Group, which has been on a bit of a distressed buying spree lately (NY to LA), continues to stick to their original pricing. The most recent price list for the 31-unit project, which opened its doors to buyers last spring, shows all of two units sold, with prices set at $895,925-$1.5 million. Likewise, Koreatown's Solair project, which raised prices last November, is sticking to its pricing: A 1,402-square foot two-bath, two-bedroom is asking $808,350.
