PLAYA DEL REY: Via the Inbox, a press release touting the greenness of architect Johnson Fain's Horizon at Playa Vista. The project has been awarded "Gold LEED in the Core & Shell (CS) category by the U.S. Green Building Council, making it the first ground-up office building construction in Los Angeles to achieve the distinction in this category."
