LaFetra Strikes Again: Paul Williams Restoration on Copa de Oro

New, 10 comments

Sweet damn, producer and architecture lover Michael LaFetra owns a lot of houses. Just this year he's had a Ray Kappe in Brentwood, Rudolph Schindler's How House in Silver Lake, and an A. Quincy Jones in Brentwood on the market (some of those have sold). And who even knows what else? According to PropertyShark, this "thoughtful restoration of a classic Paul Williams Mediterranean" is one of his too, although it's a little out of character for the Modern collector. The house has five bedrooms, seven bathrooms, and "Grand scale rooms with an abundance of light." It also has a pool and yard, but it had better for this kind of scratch: asking price is $10.749 million.
