This five-bedroom, seven-and-half bath house on Sunset Plaza hit the market in early 2009, listed at nearly $10 million. Designed for the truly paranoid, the home was referred to in the original listing as a "modern-day fortress" with not just two panic rooms, but also two "safe cores." But it appears the pool of luxury buyers seeking "safe cores" is drying up because the listing just dropped again to $5.90 million. The price isn't the only thing that's changed--the listing has also been toned down. There's now less talk about security and more talk of views. "The dominant ridge top location provides 360-degree panoramic views through floor-to-ceiling windows from almost every room."
