It was built in 1921 and has three bedrooms, two bathrooms, coved ceilings, fireplaces, a formal dining room, a sunroom, a patio, and a pool (and it sure would be nice to see some more of that). The house was just listed earlier this month at $1.298 million and has been sliced down to $1.198 million.
