Lu Chen, the woman who was involved in that dumpling box fight with former San Gabriel Mayor Albert Y.M. Huang, is refusing to talk to authorities, so robbery, assault and battery charges against Huang are being dropped, according to the Pasadena Star News. 'Initially authorities couldn't find the witness, Lu Chen, who owns a foot massage parlor in San Gabriel. 'She was located,' said Sgt. Brian Kott of the San Gabriel Police Department. 'But she continued to be uncooperative.'" [PSN]
