Feds have unearthed a 600 yard long drug-smuggling tunnel between San Diego County and Tijuana, plus 30 tons of marijuana. And while the tunnel wasn't even big enough to stand up in, NPR quotes an ICE special agent who says "There's ventilation, a little bit of a primitive rail system in there and there's some lighting."
