Stark Hillside Living and a Pet Deer in Studio City

New, 21 comments

Humans took refuge in this Studio City house once, occasionally bringing in candles for warmth or art for a little beauty. They're gone and now its only occupant is a lonely and hyperintelligent deer who spends his spare time painting. Ah, we're just joshing this four bedroom house designed by Aaron Neubert and Mike Jacobs. It's a little intimidating! The two story house was built in 2007 at the bottom of a steeply-sloping lot, and according to the LA Times, an open floorplan has allowed for parties of more than 100. See, this place has been full of warm, pre-apocalyptic bodies. Asking price is $1.28 million.
