According to AOL Housing Watch, the home sits on the 18-hole Trump National Golf Course. And there was an actual architecture firm involved in designing the house, despite what you might think. "The U-shaped house was designed by Luis de Moraes of Envirotechno Architecture. It opens onto a courtyard that has an infinity pool. Ocean and golf course views abound." The Don is asking $12 million. In other news, he's also thinking of running for president.
