In one of the lower profile decisions made yesterday, the Covina City Council voted to revoke the Well Bar's business license and gave it 30 days to shut down. The bar, "where bartenders and servers wear bikinis and undergarments," according to the San Gabriel Valley Tribune, was busted in a gambling sting over the summer, and was also in trouble for "using the property as a massage parlor," among other things. The bar is also where Andrew Gallo drank hours before running a red light and killing three people, including Angels pitcher Nick Adenhart. [SGVT]
