No surprise here: SkyTag's Mike McNeilly is challenging that West Hollywood billboard tax, the one the city council knocked down, in court, according to the Park La Brea News, which reports McNeilly is "hoping a judge will force the City of West Hollywood to put the measure, which received more than 2,700 certified signatures, on the ballot."
