We have a few theories on the kids haunting the listing photos for this William Stickney-designed house in Pacific Palisades:
1. House was shot for an amateur magazine spread in 2006 and no one felt like taking new photos.
2. MLS-based performance art.
3. Real estate agent testing a theory she has about psychological suggestion in home listings.
4. Reverse vampires.
Whichever one it is, it's pretty ballsy for a listing with so many zeros in it. Asking price for the four bedroom house, which was built in 1950, is $5.795 million.
