Construction on the first phase of Westgate, Old Pasadena's smoke-free apartment development, has wrapped up, reports Brigham Yen. Move-ins for 96 rentals start in January, while 80 percent of the 384 already-built units are rented-out. This website advertises a 579-square-foot studio for $1,520; there looks to be a lot of amenities, including the Gold Line. The 210 is also close, but whether that's a benefit is subjective.
