Whitley Heights Flipper Explains Million Dollar Pricetag

Reporter Alex Schmidt made this video of real estate guy Adi Weinberg talking about his investment in that 1926 Whitley Heights house that flipped back on the market last week. Weinberg "runs funds that invest in real estate" and says he prefers to build houses from scratch, but that it's cheaper now to buy and restore. The video include a tour of the pre-fixed house and some back of the envelope calculation on the costs put in and the profits Weinberg expects to get out. The house is asking $1.095 million, which is about $383 per square foot.
