Everyone is doing the real estate shuffle near the intersection of Century City and Beverly Hills. Word on the block is that 10000 Santa Monica, the 2.4-acre parcel that changed hands this week,went for $59 million, according to a source. By comparison, the eight-acre 9900 Wilshire site, where a Richard Meier-designed project was planned, sold last month for $148.3 million. And as everyone knows, the Beverly Hills Hilton is now for sale. No listed price on that but the current owner, Oasis bought the hotel in 2002 for a reported $130 million. [Curbed Staff]
