Miami-based developer Crescent Heights closed yesterday on 10000 Santa Monica Blvd, that 2.4-acre parcel that was supposed to hold a 45-story Jean Nouvel-designed tower, confirms Brendan McArthur, broker at Jones Lang LaSalle. With that subway coming, everyone knows this site is pretty coveted, so it's likely some high-rise condos will be coming, no? What kind of project will Crescent Heights build?
