MGM Resorts is talking about tearing down the structurally deficient Lord Norman Foster-designed Harmon Hotel at CityCenter, reports the Las Vegas Review Journal. The building, which was shortened from its original height, still sits unfinished, and due to all the lawsuits over the project, has become "the poster child for nonconforming work worldwide," according to CityCenter Chief Executive Officer Bobby Baldwin.
