Gilmore's planned 3rd and Fairfax retail project, which will rise on the site of a parking lot and plant nursery, we finally caught up with Mark Panatier, vice president for A.F. Gilmore. "We're talking to lots of folks," he said, in regards to the retail space. Including Trader Joe's? "We're talking to lots of folks," he repeated. So there you go! Not a definite tenant. But it sure sounds like they're in the ballgame. We think. [Curbed Staff]
