This triangle in Tarzana has lousy luck. It's been foreclosed on twice in the last few years and listed on the market approximately forever, according to Redfin, but it can't get a legit buyer to save its slate floors. The two bedroom, three bathroom house was foreclosed in 2007 at $300,000 and has been on and off the market throughout the intervening years. Last month it was foreclosed on again and recorded at $1,633,228, according to Redfin. The property has a separate guest house, a pool, ponds, a wine cellar, and a big aquarium-looking. Asking price is $895,000, and photos of happier times are here.
