Battle: Los Angeles, the big budget "aliens attack LA" movie is battling Skyline, the small budget "aliens attack LA" movie. With Skyline out today, there's a new trailer for Battle, scored by Icelandic composer Jóhann Jóhannsson, and it is blowing the US Air Force out of the water in the freaking us out department. The producers have used the always-effective trailer trick of pairing quiet, eerie music with badass, chaotic, seriously destructive footage. This is the way the world ends: not with a bang, but with haunting ambient music from the North Atlantic.
