Image from marketing email blast
Well, lookee here. After a recent visit to downtown's Little Tokyo Lofts to find out about that auction, this email blast from auction company Sheldon Good hits the Curbed InBox. "We are pleased to announce that the Homeowner’s Association has voted to approve a 15 percent reduction in the Monthly Assessments!” (Interesting timing, since some Curbed commenters complained the monthly dues were too high.) We couldn't immediately reach the HOA board to find out why they voted to lower the HOAs, but we imagine the new list will be given to the auction office shortly.
