BEVERLY HILLS: Forget Target, Lanvin is coming soon to Rodeo Drive and Racked "could almost die of happiness, looking at all of the whimsical little details in the signage heralding the store's imminent opening."
BEVERLY HILLS: Racked is less pleased with the Beverly Hills Fashion Festival. While they liked that the event featured big names like Elie Tahari and William Rast, but weren't so hot on the designer water coolers and Mischa Barton-designed handbags for sale.
DOWNTOWN: Meet the Public is a Main Street popup full of LA designers, labels, and artists, including Taschen, Flaunt Magazine, Laugh Cry Repeat by Anzvino and Florence, and Chelsea Rebelle. Plus a 19 year old shoe designer to make you feel old.
THE INTERNET: More than one label is showing itself off via the internet's favorite drug: adorable animals. Anthropologie puts a sheep in boots and United Bamboo's cats are wearing tiny versions of the actual line. You really should click over for the whole photo gallery.
