Oh La La Land! The weather is fabulous, but the kooky Californians create nasty winter storms just for a lark. Hermosa Beach will be dumping 16 tons of snow on Pier Avenue in December for its first annual Snowfest. There'll be snowboarding lessons, a movie screening, and a tree lighting ceremony.
