Singer Natalie Imbruglia was trying to sell this house back in 2007, and Real Estalker noted then that it was staged to death. But banks don't need no stinking staging, so here it is, foreclosed and naked. Imbruglia ended up selling for $3.725 million, according to Redfin, and it was that owner who was foreclosed on in July. The five bedroom, six bathroom Mediterranean has "gorgeous Cantera stone flooring throughout, romantic central corridor, French doors that open from every room to a breathtaking private stone patio surrounding the property," and a master bath with its own "secluded fountained patio." But no pool. The bank is asking $2.9999 million.
