Via the LA Times: "Nicolas Cage’s former Bel-Air home, which was lost to foreclosure earlier this year, finally has a new owner, the Multiple Listing Services shows. The sprawling mansion, which had been listed for sale at one point for $35 million, sold for $10.5 million." No word if that big rock was included in the sale price. [LAT]
